If you are on the USF network, or logged in via VPN, you can install MATLAB.

The serial number and license file you need are at the bottom of that page.
I was able to install MATLAB on my Home Windows PC using those instructions, and the ISO image available at
http://mirror.rc.usf.edu/isos/Matlab/
To mount the ISO image on Windows 7 I downloaded and installed VirtualCloneDrive:

On Windows 8, MacOS and Linux, the ISO image will probably mount automatically. If not, you can always burn to a DVD.
