Who we are

We are a group of faculty and graduate students at the University of South Florida, School of Geosciences who are interested in using seismic signals to understand volcanic processes, earthquake physics, and earth structure. We also use infrasound data and electromagnetic signals generated by lightning to understand volcanic eruptions and plume dynamics. Our group has expertise in monitoring volcanoes and regional earthquakes, and devising novel techniques and software to mitigate natural hazards.
